BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein fragment found in human gastric juice. It is known for its regenerative and cytoprotective properties, particularly in soft tissue healing, angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation), and gastrointestinal integrity. BPC-157 has been studied primarily in preclinical models for its potential to accelerate recovery of tendons, ligaments, muscle, nerves, and the gut lining.

Accelerated Soft Tissue Healing: Promotes tendon-to-bone healing, ligament repair, and muscle regeneration through enhanced collagen synthesis and angiogenesis.

Enhanced Angiogenesis: Upregulates growth factors such as VEGF, supporting new blood vessel formation and improved tissue oxygenation.

Gastrointestinal Protection: Demonstrates protective effects against gastric ulcers, intestinal damage, and inflammatory injury in experimental models.

Neuroprotective Potential: Shows promise in supporting nerve regeneration and modulating neurotransmitter systems in preclinical research.

Anti-Inflammatory Effects: May modulate inflammatory signaling pathways, contributing to reduced tissue inflammation and improved recovery.

Dosing

BPC-157 Dosing Protocol

Starting Dose:
250 mcg to 500 mcg injected subcutaneously once or twice daily.
Titration:
If needed and tolerated, increase to 500 mcg to 1,000 mcg (1 mg) daily based on therapeutic goals and response.

Dosage adjustments may be made gradually depending on the severity of the condition being treated (e.g., injury or inflammation).

Maintenance Dose: Continue with 500 mcg to 1,000 mcg daily, or reduce to lower doses for long-term maintenance as advised by your healthcare provider.

Missed Dose: If a dose is missed, administer as soon as possible on the same day; otherwise, skip and resume the next scheduled dose.
